Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I have had the pleasure if doing business with Helping Hands and this experience has been absolutely fantastic. I literally did not have to put in any work. From the start my contractor Brock helped contact my insurance and work out all the details without me having to get involved. Then David called me and took care of ordering all supplies necessary he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. At the end of the process Audrey contacted me and worked out the details of the contract and payment, she also was amazing, great customer service skills, efficient and patient. I have had horrible experience with trying to get my roof fixed and was a little reluctant when I came across this company, but Helping Hands reassured me that everything would be handled quickly and correct.
