Recently bought a new home with my family. It’s nearly 100 years old and needs lots of TLC. One of the first things we wanted to do post purchase was make some repairs to the roof and fix up the home’s wonky gutter system. I always do my homework, so I got a bunch of quotes for the work from reputable local businesses. Charlie was one. The other roofers heard slate and saw dollar signs. Without even bothering to examine my roof, they tried to sell me on full replacement. It doesn’t need one. Charlie was honest, professional and straightforward. I sensed sincerity. So I went with Charlie and I have no regrets. This is the way you earn repeat clients. Textbook case. Highly recommend.
