Overall, the experience with Bealing was a good one and I would recommend them. They left the area clean when they left, and the roof looks great. However, I couldn't give 5 stars because their communication could use some work, both with the customer and within the business. It did not seem like information was relayed to others in the business in a timely fashion, and I found myself having to reach out for updates about when people would be coming, how the installation was moving forward, etc. They were very efficient once the installation was under way and I've gotten many compliments on my roof. I would definitely hire them in the future, and just know that I need to be proactive in requesting status updates.
