Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We have a 2 story house with a flat roof. Late winter 2021, we had ice dam damage on a second story balcony sitting over our living room. When the snow started melting, we had water pouring into the living room. NO other roofing company in the area would even come give an estimate, saying they dont do flat roofs. I called Andrew's roofing, and they had someone come out the same day that I called. Trevor was very respectful and helpful. He sent a quote the next day. After seeing the quote, we decided to file a claim with insurance. However, our insurance adjuster was telling me the damage wouldn't even touch our deductible. (not true AT ALL) and was very flippant about the damage done to the living room. I called Trevor immediately and he connected with with Gerardo Jr. Gerardo dropped what he was doing and was at my house within 20 minutes. He took over from there, explaining everything to the adjuster (exactly the same as I did), but the adjuster listened to him. We ended up using Andrew's roofing to replace the roof balcony and couldn't be more pleased. Gerardo fought on our behalf to get it fixed PROPERLY, and it was done in a timely manner. The work is flawless and every employee from Andrew's roofing was a pleasure to work with. Gerardo Jr was extremely patient with my constant questions and never made me feel like a nuisance. We WILL be using them again when the need arises, without hesitation. I cannot recommend them enough.
